Get treated like part of the family.

During winter 2008, more than 130 seasonal nurses worked here. This year, all but two are coming back. Why do so many of our seasonal nurses return year after year? It’s simple – we treat them like family. In fact, our full-time nursing staff looks forward to working with seasonal hires each October to May. That’s because seasonal nurses have been with us for nearly 15 years, working alongside the same full-time nurses. Highly experienced and ready to jump in, our seasonal nurses are an essential part of the team.

Plus, we appreciate the value that seasonal nurses bring to NCH. Their fresh perspectives and new ideas from other hospitals make it possible for us to continually improve the way we do things.

Anyone can call Naples home for the winter.

Our seasonal nurses come from all over the country and from Canada. Of course, the Midwest and Northeast – especially Connecticut, New York and New Jersey – are well represented. Who wouldn’t want to trade in those harsh winters for the balmy breezes of Southwest Florida?

In addition to great weather, seasonal nurses also enjoy completion bonuses and housing stipends. Those who stay on for a 6-to-9 month agreement are even eligible for health and dental benefits.

So, if you’re ready to bring your skills and experience to a place that treats you like family, then contact our seasonal nurse recruiter today!
